The line-up for the 26th annual Loch Fyne Food Fair has been unveiled, bringing together local Argyll producers with food and drinks firms from across Scotland.
Taking place on the shores of Loch Fyne on May 14 and 15, this year’s event is expected to attract 3000 visitors.
In keeping with the focus on locally-sourced food and drink, the event will showcase several producers from the ‘Food from Argyll’ group, including Fyne Ales and Loch Fyne Oysters, as well as firms from further afield, such as Spencerfield Spirit Company and Makar Gin.
Virginia Sumsion, founder of Loch Fyne Food Fair, said Scotland’s appetite for locally-sourced food and drink is continuing to grow.
“From succulent Loch Fyne oysters to refreshing craft beer, there really is no better place to try such a diverse and delicious taste of Argyll in the company of those who make and produce it,” said Sumsion.
