In a development that some might regard as the official start of summer in Edinburgh, this coming Friday, April 25th, will see the gates of the award-winning Rose Street Garden swing back open for business.

Tucked behind the Dome Bar and Restaurant on the George St thoroughfare, Rose Street Garden is well known as a ‘vibrant street food and cocktail oasis’ right in the heart of the capital.

With its floral backdrops, buzzing atmosphere, and creative drinks, it’s described by operator, Caledonian Heritable, as ‘the perfect urban escape for locals and tourists alike’.

This year’s seasonal reopening comes complete with a fresh new menu, and an exciting charity partnership.

The business will once again run its ‘Rose Street for the Rainforest’ campaign in partnership with Cool Earth — a UK-based environmental charity working alongside Indigenous communities to protect endangered rainforests.

The initiative aims to raise awareness and support efforts to combat climate change and preserve critical ecosystems.

Area manager Jay Glass said: “We are delighted to announce the reopening of Rose Street Garden from Friday 25th April.

“Our team have been working hard over the past few months, creating an exciting menu of food and drinks from around the world, and we can’t wait to share it with the people of Edinburgh.”

Thereafter, the garden will be open seven days a week, from 12pm to 8pm, offering ‘the perfect spot for sunny lunches, after-work drinks, and weekend get-togethers’.
