Food and drink from Speyside producer Gordon Castle was showcased at a special dinner at Hutchesons Bar & Brasserie in Glasgow last week.
The five-course tasting menu featured ingredients from Gordon Castle, with each course paired with a Gordon Castle gin cocktail or its apple and pear cider.
Hutchesons owner James Rusk said: “Pairing up with Gordon Castle was a straightforward decision for us. They have an incredible reputation for exquisite products.”
