A new restaurant is set to be launched in Edinburgh’s financial district by chef Stuart Muir and business partner Paul Brennan.
Located in Saltire Court on Cambridge Street, Dine With Stuart Muir will comprise a 100-cover brasserie serving “contemporary classics”, a bar and a Champagne lounge. It is due to open later this month.
Muir, who was executive chef at Harvey Nichols’ Forth Floor restaurant, bar and brasserie, and bar and restaurant operator Brennan acquired the unit last month and embarked on a refurbishment to create a “laid-back luxury” interior.
