SCOTTISH bar and restaurant firm The Speratus Group has expanded its Boozy Cow restaurant brand – opening a second site in Edinburgh.
The Boozy Cow, which first opened in Aberdeen last year, offers burgers, craft beers and cocktails; the new Edinburgh venue is open seven days until 1am.
Martin Brown, MD of Speratus, said the group is “really excited” to have opened the second site. “We have a great concept and can’t wait for Edinburgers [sic] to get a taste of it,” said Brown.
