Speratus currently operates Boozy Cow restaurants in Aberdeen and Edinburgh, and is looking at sites in Stirling and Dundee.

The company has predicted that its annual
charity donations will reach £1 million by 2018.

“Life is a careful balance between what you do for yourself, and what you do for others, and to finally share this profit with our partner charities has been something of a dream for the group and for me personally,” said Speratus Group founder Garreth Wood. The five chari es are: ARCHIE Foundation, VSA, CHAS, STV Children’s Appeal and Youth & Philanthropy Initiative.
