Celentano’s has completed its move from Glasgow’s east end to a new home at the Arthouse Hotel on Bath Street.

Led by chef director Dean Parker and managing director Anna Parker, Celentano’s first opened in 2021 and earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand within six months – an accolade it has retained ever since.

Now in its larger and more easily accessible premises, the restaurant remains dedicated to Italian-inspired, ingredient-led cooking, with dishes including crispy chicken skins with turnip and kombu ketchup, agnolotti with Mossgiel ricotta, courgette, green olive and pumpkin seed; dayboat monkfish; and Celentano’s affogato with malted barley gelato, Bare Bones chocolate mousse and cold brew coffee.

Most recently, Celentano’s was named Scottish Restaurant of the Year at the 2025 Scran Awards.
