
One of Glasgow’s best-loved foodie institutions, Eusebi’s Italian deli, is taking a big leap east to open a bakery counter at the St James Quarter’s Bonnie & Wild marketplace.
Established in 1954, Eusebi is one of Glasgow’s best known Italian restaurants, renowned for its freshly made pasta and pastries, with a focus on high quality local sourcing.
After several decades serving her loyal fanbase in Glasgow, owner Giovanna Eusebi has decided it’s time to take the iconic brand to Edinburgh.
Eusebi’s at Bonnie & Wild will offer a range of sweet treats from the illy Caffe, including crema and pistachio cornetti, handmade pastries and classic Italian desserts alongside seasonal cakes inspired by Scotland’s produce.
Signature favourites include Eusebi’s much-loved strawberry tarts, made using Scottish fruit, alongside classic Italian dolci designed to be enjoyed with coffee, shared with family or taken home after a meal. All products will be made from scratch and by hand by Eusebi’s dedicated bakery team and delivered daily to Bonnie & Wild.
