For the eighth year running, Scottish hospitality operator Buzzworks Holdings has been listed amongst The Best Companies to Work For in the UK.
With 19 venues to its name, and plans for further expansion next year, the group is keen to promote its ‘industry-leading’ staff benefits, ongoing training and development, career progression, flexible working, and health and wellbeing incentives.

That 100 Best Companies list is based on anonymous surveys completed by staff, ranking their employer on a variety of indices. Good leadership, a defined vision structure and pride in working for the company were all highlighted as top-scoring factors for Buzzworks’ staff.
Employees recorded ‘great confidence’ in the leadership of the senior management team, and felt that their managers cared about how satisfied team members were in their job.
