BUZZWORKS Holdings is taking to the high seas to tempt new employees aboard.
The hospitality firm is hosting a sunset sail to mark the opening of its Thirty Knots restaurant in South Queensferry.
The company said the opening has created 45 kitchen and front of house jobs and the group is looking to appeal to prospective team members – for Thirty Knots as well as its other east coast venues – through a special recruitment event on 28th October. The two-hour sailing will see attendees treated to free food and drink while they watch live demonstrations of cooking and mixology. They will also have the chance to speak to existing team members to ask questions about the company.
Buzzworks head of people, Nicola Watt, said: “This is a very special recruitment event and we’re super excited to be able to showcase what Buzzworks has to offer.
“We are all about investing in our people, having fun on the job and ensuring a forward-thinking approach to work-life balance, and that’s why we felt a sunset cruise would be an exciting way to meet prospective employees and show them what a career in Buzzworks looks like.
“With the arrival of Thirty Knots in November, this is an excellent opportunity for those keen to work both within a rewarding industry and a leading Scottish hospitality employer, here in the stunning surroundings of South Queensferry.”
