TWO Scottish businesses have been named as being among the best hospitality companies in the UK to work for, after securing places on the annual Best Companies to Work For list.
Buzzworks Holdings and Apex Hotels both earned places on the Best Companies list, taking 16th and 19th places, respectively, on the organisation’s Leisure and Hospitality list and 23rd and 30th in the 40 Best Companies to Work For in Scotland list.
Companies are judged via anonymous votes and feedback from employees and must achieve over a certain score in order to qualify for inclusion.
Buzzworks managing director, Kenny Blair, said: “While securing a place on both lists, we’ve also achieved our highest ever completion rate for our people responding to the survey which demonstrates our commitment to team engagement. Keeping everyone informed but also ensuring their health and wellbeing has been continually supported is so important to us, but never more so than over the past year.
