The appointments come as Crerar Hotels carries out major refurbishments of its Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa and Glencoe Inn properties.

Chris Wayne-Wills, chief executive of Crerar Hotels, said Alison and Jodie will be “instrumental in ensuring that the hotels and packages are perfectly suited to meet the needs of post-lockdown guests”.

“As a group, we recognise the importance of investing in our product and our people to ensure we ride out this turbulent period,” he said.
