HEINEKEN is gearing up for the reopening of the licensed trade with the launch of a new online resource for customers, dubbed the Benefits Bar.
The online “network of resources” includes advice for operators on different aspects of running their business, including guidance on reopening after the current lockdown, insights gleaned from the company’s Star Pubs & Bars pub company arm and the brewer’s customer teams, as well as information on various Heineken technologies, training schemes and initiatives available to the company’s customers.
The project has also seen the launch of The Pub Social (link here), a dedicated Facebook group open to all pub operators, where licensees are able to ask questions, share experiences and interact with the brewer as well as their peers in real-time.
The group, which currently has around a thousand members, will include advice on subjects including driving footfall and engaging with a venue’s local community.
