EDINBURGH operator Anna Christopherson jetted off to the land of the rising sun last week after receiving top marks from the firm behind Jim Beam.
Christopherson, co-owner of the Boda Bars Group in the capital, won the Jim Beam Presents: Class of 2018 programme on the strength of her submission and activity in her outlets as well as creative serves throughout the summer.
During her trip to Tokyo the licensee, who introduced the Jim Beam Highball serve to her bars this year, was treated to a tour of the Hakushu whisky distillery.
