SCOTTISH bar and restaurant group Compass will expand its Chop House brand this month with the opening of a third outlet.
Like its sister venues the new Chop House, in Bruntsfield, will major in steak and cocktails, offering cuts of beef that have been dry-aged in-house, as well as oysters, lobster and a selection of sharing dishes.
