THE operator behind Vodka Wodka on Glasgow’s Ashton Lane has opened a new restaurant.
Dixie Chick, situated above its sister bar, specialises in chicken, serving the likes of glazed wings and chicken strips.
And its food range, which can be ordered to take away, will also be served via Vodka Wodka’s bar.
Co-owner Alan Tomkins commented that it offers “comfort food with a kick”, adding that people “will feel the buzz of the bird as soon as they walk through our doors”.
