A BAR and restaurant in the West Lothian town of Fauldhouse has been snapped up by a first-time buyer in an off-market deal.
The freehold of the Commercial Inn was purchased by Katie Moyes for an undisclosed sum from a guide price of £199,000.
Barry McNeil, director of Cornerstone Business Agents, which handled the sale, said the property had “undergone significant refurbishment” and was “very well looked after”.
“The business was a very well-presented bar and restaurant, popular with locals and visitors,” he said.
