A HOTEL in the Clackmannanshire town of Dollar has come onto the market via Cornerstone Business Agents.
Occupying a prominent corner position in the town, the Castle Campbell Hotel is currently closed and is said to offer huge scope for new owners.
The property comprises nine en suite bedrooms, two bars, a restaurant and a function room.
Derek Burgoyne of Cornerstone, who is handling the sale, said the hotel is a “well known property and in the past has traded very successfully”.
“Whilst it is a shame to see the property lying closed at the moment, we are sure that there will be a lot of interest from a wide variety of potential buyers for a number of potential developments and uses,” he said.
The hotel is being marketed with an asking price in the region of ÂŁ300,000.
