All change for Brechin hotel

Posted on by in Property

• The hotel has 15 letting rooms.

THE Northern Hotel in the Angus town of Brechin has changed hands after 15 years under the same ownership.
Owned by Kevin Mackie since 2002, the hotel is said to have been extensively refurbished during that time. Trading throughout the year, the business comprises 15 en suite letting rooms and two function suites.

Looking to retire from the hospitality trade, Mackie placed the Northern Hotel on the market via property firm Bruce & Co, which brokered the deal; the business was purchased by Pawel Michalowski.
