A NEW operator is being sought for a Glasgow bar for the first time in more than 20 years.
The leasehold for Chequers Cocktail House & Grill, on Great Western Road in the city’s west end, is being marketed by Cornerstone Business Agents with a price tag of £130,000.
The outlet was completely refurbished and rebranded in 2015 and is said to have since become a “very popular fixture in Glasgow’s west end”. The main bar can accommodate 80 people; there’s also a mezzanine level and a 20-cover private dining room.
