AN accommodation business in rural Perthshire has changed hands after 12 years under the same ownership.
Killin Highland Lodges was sold on behalf of Jim Bradley, due to his retirement, to a private buyer, who acquired the freehold for an undisclosed sum.
Described as a “highly regarded business with huge potential for growth”, Killin Highland Lodges comprises 12 self-catering units, staff accommodation and an on-site office.
Lucy Doherty, sales negotiator at Bruce & Co, who handled the sale, said: “I am happy that the sale has now completed and wish both parties all the best for the future.
“Killin Highland Lodges presented buyers with a truly remarkable business proposition.”
