Marketed jointly by Davis & Bowring and Savills, the 21,000-acre Tulchan Sporting Estates Limited (TSEL) lies on the edge of the Cairngorm National Park, 40 miles south of Inverness.
Offering a number of revenue streams, the estate comprises eight miles of double bank fishing on the River Spey; a pheasant shoot; two driven grouse moors; and red and roe deer stalking.
