Botanic House, a substantial three-floor events venue in central Inverness, is now on the market through Savills.
The Castle Street venue has 8000 sq ft of space arranged over ground, first and basement floors. The first floor is fully fitted and benefits from cooking facilities as well as substantial ceiling heights.
The property has operated as an events-based music and entertainment venue and has a 3am trading licence. It will remain open during the sales process.
Savills suggest that there is an opportunity to ‘unlock the significant potential’ of Botanic House by creating a full-week offering.
The venue is located adjacent to Inverness Castle, which officially opened earlier this year following a £47 million renovation to turn it into a major visitor attraction.
Sandy Rennie from Savills’ Inverness office said: “This is a rare opportunity to purchase a venue with full vacant possession.
“In the heart of the city centre, Botanic House is ideally located to capitalise on the success of Inverness Castle and the 2.3 million visitors that Inverness receives every year.”
Botanic House is on the market for offers in excess of £1.4 million.
