THE ground lease investment of the Hilton Edinburgh Airport Hotel has come onto the books of property firm CDLH priced at £13.25 million.
The only hotel located within the confines of Edinburgh International Airport, the Hilton sits on a 2.68 hectare site.
Inside, the hotel comprises 150 bedrooms, a bar, restaurant, lounge, function/banqueting facilities and a gym with swimming pool.
CDLH said there is an occupational lease in place, guaranteed by Hilton Worldwide Limited, with an unexpired term of 53 years, which it said provides “‘bond’-like security of income to an investor”.
