MACDONALD Hotels has bolstered its team with the appointment of Andy Lowe as food and beverage director.
Lowe, who has over 30 years experience in the hospitality sector, is expected to work with the Macdonald Hotels’ board and chefs to create and deliver a group food and drink strategy across the firm’s UK estate.
Lowe said Macdonald Hotels is “rightly proud of its Scottish heritage” and the firm will “look to the country’s bountiful larder to provide quality produce to our guests”.
Macdonald Hotels has a UK portfolio of 45 hotels, including 13 in Scotland.
