An Ayrshire hotel has changed hands after two decades under the same ownership.
Dalgarven House Hotel in Kilwinning was acquired by Volker Steinemann on a freehold basis for an undisclosed sum in a deal brokered by Bruce & Co.
Described as a popular wedding venue, the riverside hotel has ten letting bedrooms and a function suite with capacity for 110 people.
The hotel is said to trade throughout the year from a mix of accommodation, function business, food and wet sales.
