A bar on Edinburgh’s Howe Street will switch its focus from gin to beer after a deal negotiated by Cornerstone Business Agents.
The lease for the former Mothers bar was purchased by Aberdeen-based craft brewery and bar operator Six Degrees North; the firm already has sites in Aberdeen, Stonehaven and Glasgow.
“I think that the former Mothers site on Howe Street at the entrance to Stockbridge will be a great location for the company who specialise in the finest Belgian beers,” said Barry McNeil, director of Cornerstone.
The leasehold was purchased for an undisclosed sum.
