Sold through property firm Bruce & Co, The Winston Guest House overlooks the River Ness and is said to enjoy “magnificent views” of Inverness Castle.
The business has been under the ownership of Afsar Mohammed for the past ten years. He placed the guest house on the market due to his wish to retire.
The property comprises 18 en suite letting rooms, with some of those rooms located in the garden cottage on site; the sale also included owner’s accommodation.
Following three viewings and two offers, the freehold of the property was acquired by Tracey Wilding. She cited the size and location of the business as key features which attracted her to the property.
