St. Andrews distillery Eden Mill has joined forces with the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh hotel to create a pop-up gin bar.
Located in the hotel’s Caley Bar, Gin House at The Caley offers a menu of signature cocktails created by the team at The Caley Bar and Eden Mill, featuring its four core gins.
The bar also lists the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh’s speciality chilli and ginger gin, created by Eden Mill, as well the distiller’s ready-to-drink cocktails: Berry Bramble, Basil Smash and Citrus Fizz.
The design of Gin House at The Caley, which will be open until October, is said to have been inspired by Eden Mill’s distillery, and features a “canopy of greenery and local botanicals”.
Dale Macphee, general manager of Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh, said: “Eden Mill’s prestige combined with The Caley Bar’s history will provide a fantastic environment where everyone can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.”
