A BISTRO business in Glasgow was recently sold in a deal brokered by Bruce & Co.
Trading as Eat Café on Glasgow’s south side, the business is said to be well established with local clientele.
The current owners, who have operated the venue since 2011, are selling the business so they can retire.
Currently, the cafe trades all day, and has licensed outside seating.
The property includes planning permission, giving the new operator scope for future expansion.
The bistro, which the agency
said generated “high levels of interest” from potential buyers, was sold to an established operator looking to expand their current business. Safa Sultan, of Bruce & Co, said that Eat Café is a “successful business with a great reputation”.
