A new route for Edinburgh eatery

Posted on by in Property

A restaurant located on one of the main routes to the Forth Road Bridge has changed hands.

Suburban Pantry

• The restaurant has a 38-cover capacity.

The Suburban Pantry, situated in the Edinburgh suburb of Blackhall, was sold on behalf of Mr Orr and Ms Laing, who have owned the business since 2010.
Taking over the business is celebrity chef Tommy Miah, who established Raj Restaurant in Edinburgh more than 20 years ago and is said to have new plans for the 38-cover eatery.
Safa Sultan of Bruce & Co, who handled the sale, said: “We are looking forward to seeing the transformation, and what the exciting new restaurant will have to offer.”
