A popular pub in Aberdeen has changed hands after the former licensee retired.
Property agent Bruce & Co, which handled the freehold sale of the property, said the Ferryhill Tavern generated “excellent levels of interest” with 16 viewers.
The detached pub building is said to be popular with locals thanks to its sports bar and separate lounge area, which has a capacity of 60 people.
With a fully functional kitchen, there is also an opportunity for the new owner to serve food, according to Jayne Adamson, sales manager at Bruce & Co.
