A Scottish craft distiller has unveiled 12 gins of Christmas – one for each day of the festive season.
The new spirits from Eden Mill Distillery in St Andrews include Full Proof Navy Strength, Chilli & Ginger, Blueberry & Vanilla, Eldeberry & Lemongrass, Rosemary, Mulled Gin and Cinnamon.
The festive gin recipes came from distillery visitors and social media users were, who were asked to submit ideas for a seasonal gin.
“The response was incredible, with a wide array of suggestions, so we thought of offering a different gin experience for each day of the festive season,” said Paul Miller, co-founder of Eden Mill.
“Our production team are passionate about crafting great spirits and because we make all of our gins by hand on our own site, using as many local botanicals as we can, they were really up for the challenge.”
The twelve gins are available online and at the distillery’s pop-up shop in St Andrews Square as part of Edinburgh’s Christmas celebrations.
