A highland bar, restaurant and rooms business has been sold in a deal brokered by commercial property firm Bruce & Co.
Located in the fishing village of Mallaig, the Chlachain Inn comprises four letting rooms and owner’s accommodation as well as a 75-cover bar and restaurant.
The selling agent marketed the property as a “thriving business with an enviable reputation”, offering prospective buyers “excellent scope for future growth and development”.
The Chlachain Inn was sold on a freehold basis for £260,000, according to Bruce & Co, after attracting five offers from eight viewings.
