A central Edinburgh hotel has changed hands after more than 20 years under the same ownership.
Allison House Hotel in Newington was sold by property agent Colliers International on behalf of David and Anne Marie Hinnrichs, who plan to retire.
The hotel has 11 letting bedrooms and a dining room; there’s also owner’s accommodation.
Colliers International director Alistair Letham said the property attracted “considerable interest” from potential buyers before being sold to new owners, who are relocating from Newcastle, for “close to the asking price of offers around £850,000”.
