Heineken is offering customers a discount on their BT Sport subscriptions through a new partnership with the broadcaster.
The deal sees licensees offered a discount of up to 50% on a full BT Sport Total Package if they stock a set number of Heineken products.
There are three tiers to the deal, offering licensees either 30%, 40% or 50% off the subscription cost.
The offer is open to independent licensees, lessees with Heineken’s Star Pubs & Bars and other pub companies.
“The background to this deal is really simple – we want to help our trade customers grow their businesses,” said Heineken on-trade sales director Lawson Mountstevens.
“This new partnership provides them with a real opportunity to attract consumers to visit their locals at otherwise quieter times. The new partnership is also a great fit, with BT Sport providing coverage of the UEFA Champions League and European Rugby Champions and Challenge Cups both sponsored by Heineken, plus the UEFA Europa League now sponsored by our Amstel brand.
