Spicing up the cocktail hour

Consumer demand is said to be behind the latest range expansion for Funkin Cocktails.

The firm said its new Funkin Pro Spiced Syrup has been designed ‘by bartenders for bartenders’.

Managing director Andrew King said: “The syrup has an infusion of nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom and cloves that can give depth to a number of cocktails.”

Funkin’s syrup range already included Rhubarb, Ginger and Earl Grey.
