OVER 20 bartenders from across Scotland gathered at the LA Group training centre in Glasgow earlier this month for the first ever Rekorderlig Jam.
The event, which was hosted by Rekorderlig and LA Group, invited mixologists to get creative with the Swedish cider and design their own cocktail.
John Logue, customer marketing manager at Chilli Marketing, the firm which first launched Rekorderlig in the UK, said the goal of the event was to work with bartenders who are excited by the brand.
“We want to work with the best bartenders in the world and some of those are in Scotland,” said Logue.
“The benefit for us is that suddenly the best bartenders are using your cider. There’s no better way of selling our product than bartenders promoting our product.
“No one is ever more engaged in a drink than when a bartender suggests it.”
