WHOLESALE group Bestway – parent company of Batleys – has announced that it has scrapped credit card charges across all of its depots.
The company, which operators 60 Bestway and Batleys depots across the UK, is also scrapping credit card charges for online transactions or those made via the group’s mobile app. The company claims the move will help customers save around 2% on the cost of goods.
“Bestway and Batleys have a reputation for offering customers the best value in the sector through low prices and excellent promotions,” said Bestway Wholesale managing director Younus Sheikh. “With competition becoming more fierce for our customers we want to ensure that we do everything we can to help them deliver organic and sustainable growth.”
Bestway operates eight Batleys depots in Scotland, with two in Edinburgh, two in Glasgow, and one each in Stirling, Perth, Dundee and Aberdeen.
