GIN producer Pinkster is rolling out its ‘ginspenser’ in Scottish bars in time for the summer.
The dispensers are designed to show off the spirit’s pink colour, which is derived from raspberries which are steeped in the gin.
Will Holt, director of Pinkster, said the firm is loaning the dispensers to a number of establishments. He said: “We know from existing customers that this provides a real talking point allowing venues to upsell.”
Graham Bucknall, owner of the Bridge Inn in Ratho, was among the first to receive a ginspenser.
He said: “The glassware looks great on the bar, it gives us a point of difference and the gin itself is pretty damn tasty too.”
