A COUNTRY cottage bed and breakfast in a popular Trossachs tourist town has been placed on the market.
Roslin Cottage, a 17th century property in Callander, has three en suite letting rooms, one of which can be converted into a twin room, a breakfast room which can cater for 12 covers and two-bedroom owner’s accommodation.
It was bought by the current owners in 2004, who opened the business as a B&B in 2005.
They are selling the property so they can retire.
Property firm Bruce & Co is looking for offers in the region of £420,000 for Roslin Cottage.
