The earl grey and ginger variants follow the release of Funkin Rhubarb Syrup, which is said to have proved popular with bartenders.
Funkin Ginger Syrup is made with ginger root from South America, which is crushed and then infused with hot water. The Earl Grey Syrup, meanwhile, is created by enhancing earl grey tea leaf essence with oils from the rind of bergamot oranges.
Funkin senior brand manager Joana Lenkova said: “The pipeline of innovation at Funkin continues with the addition of our latest single batch syrups.
“These are amazing flavours that we have already received acclaim for from leading industry bartenders as they have intense flavour and give creative licence to those crafting cocktails.
