A LOG cabin holiday business in rural Perthshire has changed hands in a deal brokered by commercial property agency Bruce & Co.
Located on the banks of the River Earn, Riverside Log Cabins comprises six self-catering cabins, each with a double bedroom, twin bedroom and third bedroom furnished with bunk-beds.
The business, which has a three-star rating from VisitScotland, was marketed by Bruce & Co as a “highly regarded business with little management required”.
The property firm said a sale was concluded on behalf of previous owner Jim Bradley, who had owned the site for over 17 years, for £400,000 for the freehold.
Bradley said he wished to thank the team at Bruce & Co for brokering the sale.
