HEINEKEN UK, the firm behind Kronenbourg 1664, has launched special limited edition packaging to celebrate the 350th anniversary of the original Kronenbourg brewery.
Available in the on-trade until December, the limited edition bottle features a ‘colour split’ label of silver and blue.
The text “Celebrating 350 years of brewing excellence” has been inscribed on the bottle.
The milestone is also being marked by consumer print and online advertising as well as on-trade activity, including limited edition glassware for selected outlets, an on-trade customer-facing competition and consumer events.
The brand’s ‘Hero Farmers’ TV advertising campaign featuring ex-footballer Eric Cantona will continue to appear on screens while two shorter videos have been launched online.
