PUBS in Perth & Kinross are to receive additional trading hours for the duration of the Ryder Cup.
At a recent meeting, the Perth & Kinross licensing board voted to grant a blanket extension between Monday September 22 and Sunday September 28, extending the standard terminal hour to 12.45am.
The standard terminal hour for pubs in the area is 11pm from Monday to Wednesday, 12.30am from Thursday to Saturday and midnight on Sunday.
It is the first time the board has granted a blanket extension without requiring applications for those hours.
