RESTAURANT chain Las Iguanas was set to bring some Latin flare to the capital as SLTN went to press with the launch of its third outlet north of the border.

The new 240-cover venue, on the corner of Edinburgh’s George Street and Charlotte Square, will offer South American cuisine and cocktails, including its ‘signature’ Caipirinhas. The Edinburgh outlet joins Las Iguanas venues in Glasgow and Aberdeen in the firm’s Scottish estate.
General manager Lisa Hume said: “We want diners to feel like they are on holiday when they are visiting us, with the food, service and music creating a real Latin party atmosphere.”
