SCOTTISH lessees had the opportunity to meet suppliers and find out more about their products at a new event organised by pubco Star Pubs & Bars.
The trade show, held at the New Liston Arms in Kirkliston, was attended by 150 lessees as well as suppliers including Heineken, 3663 and Rosslyns Stocktaking and Accountancy Services.
“It was a great chance to catch up with our lessees in a more informal setting,” said Ken McGown, operations and sales director for Scotland at Star Pubs & Bars.
Meanwhile the pub company has joined forces with 3663 Foodservice to offer lessees a new ‘food support package’.
Star Pubs & Bars said the new menus will offer lessees profit margins of 60%.
