Mixing it up in the Scottish trade

COCKTAIL machine supplier TenderOne UK recently made its first installation north of the border at Cheerz Nightclub in Aberdeen.

While it represented the first installation on Scottish soil, the firm has plans for more on the horizon.
TenderOne UK supplies a range of cocktail machines and dispensers, which it said “provide speedy, consistent and efficient means of creating fabulous cocktails”.
Designed to ensure there is no waste or spillage, the TenderOne can reportedly create “the perfect recipe in as little as three seconds”.
And there is no pre-mix involved, with the largest machine dispensing up to 32 different ingredients via individual lines; this enables the creation of up to 200 different cocktails, claims the firm.
It is said to be of particular use for less experienced bar staff who can utilise the touch screen, which demonstrates how to build or shake the cocktail, and which glass and garnish to use.
Lisa Harrison, director of TenderOne UK, said the company’s technology “helps bars, nightclubs and restaurants and hotels of all sizes tap into the booming cocktail market”.
