Following a sell-out success last year, The Ivy Collection restaurants will be marking the Easter weekend with the return of their Breakfast With The Ivy Bunny experience, plus a brand-new Golden Easter Menu for the grown-ups’ lunch and dinner.
The family-favourite Breakfast With The Ivy Bunny is available across the brand’s venues, including its Glasgow and Edinburgh restaurants, between April 3rd to 5th.
It features a kid-friendly breakfast menu with Easter surprises throughout the morning, with various themed treats, plus a soft bunny toy to take home, after a photo opportunity with The Ivy Bunny itself.
Restaurant operating officer Darryn Valerio said: “After the incredible response we saw last year, we’re delighted to be bringing Breakfast With The Ivy Bunny back for 2026.
“It quickly became one of our most popular family events, with guests loving the chance to enjoy a special morning together while celebrating Easter in a fun and memorable way.
“From delicious breakfast favourites to meeting The Ivy Bunny and taking home treats, it’s designed to be a magical experience for children and adults alike, and we’re excited to welcome families back again this spring.”
After the furry fun in the morning, The Ivy Collection has prepared a ‘truly radiant’ Easter menu across lunch and dinner over the long weekend.
The Golden Easter Menu is aid to showcase a selection of beautifully crafted dishes, with highlights such as the gratinated golden cheese soufflé with black truffle or ambered wood smoked salmon, golden monkfish & prawn keralan curry or fillet steak with golden hollandaise. Vegetarian options include green vegetable & golden linguine.
Desserts continue the theme of indulgence, from the theatrical golden orb to classic favourites like flambéed crème brûlée and black bee honey & white chocolate cheesecake.
Guests are invited to add an exclusive Golden Easter cocktail – from The Golden Margarita with Casamigos tequila and Millionaire Espresso Bombon, to a decadent Crème Egg Martini; or the Pistachio & Dark Chocolate Martini, there is something to suit all tastes.
