Chairman’s Reserve Spiced Rum has launched its ‘Naughty & Spiced’ competition in around 100 on-trade venues across the UK, inviting them to showcase their skills with a signature winter serve featuring the brand.
Each participating bar is competing for one of two all-inclusive trips for two to Saint Lucia, including a distillery tour at Saint Lucia Distillers – the home of Chairman’s Reserve Rum.
Chairman’s Reserve Spiced is crafted from a Coffey column still, aged in American oak and infused with cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and vanilla, lifted by bitter orange peel and bois bandé bark.
The result is described as a ‘smooth, layered spirit that captures the island’s distinctive spice profile’, as versatile in a long drink as it is in a winter cocktail.
Venues will be judged on sales performance, social media engagement, and creativity, with top performers also rewarded with professional cocktail photography and national PR exposure through the brand’s channels.

Head of sales Chris Pollard said: “Our goal with Naughty & Spiced is to reward the smaller, independent venues that consistently show up for our brands and their customers.
“They’re the heartbeat of the on-trade, and this initiative gives them the chance to have some fun, drive engagement, and win the trip of a lifetime to Saint Lucia. It’s also a celebration of the bartenders whose passion and creativity have helped build the brand’s success across the UK.”
Managing director at Mangrove Global, Nick Gillett, added: “Chairman’s Reserve Spiced is everything you want from a winter rum – warming, complex and built on real craftsmanship.
“It’s Christmas in a bottle – nutmeg, cinnamon, burnt orange and all those natural Saint Lucian spices that instantly say winter. Distilled and blended on the island, it brings a depth and authenticity that sets it apart.
“Naughty & Spiced is about sharing that quality and giving bartenders a platform to show just how versatile great rum can be.”
